Buy with confidence. If you purchase an eligible item from us and then find the same item advertised for a lower price at a qualifying US retailer within the window below, we’ll refund the difference.

After verification, we issue a refund for the difference.

Eligibility requirements

  • Request within 30 days of the purchase date shown on your receipt/order confirmation.
  • The item must be identical (brand, model, color, size/spec, and condition).
  • The competitor listing must be from a qualifying US retailer and show the price publicly without login.
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor at the time we review the request.
  • Applies to consumer purchases only (no commercial/wholesale).

Qualifying US retailer (important)
A US-based retailer with a publicly accessible website selling new, genuine products at a clearly advertised price.

For select brands and e-bikes, the competitor must be an authorized US dealer. This helps protect customers from grey-market listings and supports warranty coverage.
Price comparison basis
We compare the competitor’s item price plus standard shipping (if clearly displayed). Taxes are excluded unless required by law.

Brand exceptions: Some brands/models may be excluded due to manufacturer pricing restrictions (including MAP policies).

Exclusions

To keep this fair (and fast), some offers don’t qualify:

  • Marketplace sellers/auctions and third-party storefront listings.
  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, used/open-box, refurbished, B-stock, demo, or damaged packaging.
  • Membership/login pricing, bundles, rebates, loyalty points, coupons, targeted discounts, or flash codes.
  • Financing/lease offers or conditional pricing.
  • Pricing errors, misprints, or listings we can’t verify.
  • Services (labor), custom builds, special orders, or non-standard lead times.

Refund method

If approved, we refund the price difference to the original payment method whenever possible. In some cases, we may offer store credit if a card refund isn’t feasible.

What if the competitor goes out of stock?
The competitor item must be in stock and purchasable at the time we verify the request.
Do shipping and tax count?
We compare the advertised item price and standard shipping when clearly shown. Taxes are excluded unless required by law or explicitly stated in the listing.
