Our website advertises free shipping on eligible orders over $100, excluding bikes and frames. Qualifying merchandise may receive that promotion at checkout instead of the weight-based rate above. Oversized and special-handling items can have different shipping options; review the final charge before placing your order.
From order to delivery
Processing time, carrier transit time and store assembly are different parts of the delivery timeline. The information below helps you plan without assuming a bike is ready to ship immediately.
You'll receive an order confirmation. For bikes, stock availability and the requested color, size and configuration may affect fulfillment timing.
In-stock standard items typically ship within 1 - 2 business days. Busy periods, bikes and special orders may take longer; ask us for a product-specific estimate.
Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Store-delivered e-bikes are assembled and checked before we confirm they're ready for pickup.
Shipping dates on a product listing may not reflect manufacturer or warehouse availability for every size and color. Before ordering a complete bike, ask our team to confirm stock location, shipment method, assembly needs and the estimated delivery window. Transit dates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery appointments.
Beyond the contiguous United States
We can review requests for destinations outside our standard shipping area and advise what shipping methods may be available for the item you're considering.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses require shipping quotes based on the item, address, size, weight and carrier availability.
Contact us before ordering to confirm whether the product can be shipped and what transportation would cost.
International shipping is available on many products, subject to destination and carrier restrictions. Quoted shipping charges generally cover transportation only unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, customs clearance or other government charges. Customs processing can affect transit times. E-bike batteries and other restricted items may have additional carrier limitations.
When your order arrives
Whether you're receiving a boxed bike, frameset or smaller parcel, a few simple checks help keep your equipment safe and make it easier for our team to help if something isn't right.
Check for crushed corners, punctures, tears or visible damage. Where possible, photograph the unopened package and note any concerns with the carrier.
Unpack carefully, keep protective materials, compare the shipment with your order, and photograph anything missing or damaged.
If anything looks damaged or incomplete, contact Brimstone with the order number and photos. Do not ride a bicycle that may be unsafe or incorrectly assembled.
Hold onto the packaging until you're satisfied that the order arrived complete and undamaged. For returns, please review our Return Policy for the applicable conditions and timeframes.
Professional workshop services
Purchased a bike elsewhere or received one boxed? Brimstone also provides in-shop professional assembly. These are separate services from the complimentary assembly included with e-bikes shipped to our store.

Our published rate is free shipping for eligible e-bikes within the contiguous United States, whether sent to your home or to Brimstone for pickup. Shipping to areas outside the contiguous U.S. must be quoted separately.
E-bikes shipped to our store are professionally assembled and tested before pickup. E-bikes shipped directly to homes arrive partially assembled in protective packaging; handlebars, pedals, seat position, tire pressure and brake checks may require attention before riding.
Complete non-electric bicycles currently have a $249 insured flat shipping rate to the contiguous U.S. Packaging and final assembly requirements vary by manufacturer and model. Contact us to confirm what to expect for a particular bike before purchase.
In-stock standard items typically leave within 1 - 2 business days; the published 3 - 7 business-day transit estimate applies to standard-size parcels. Bicycle, store-pickup, special-order and international delivery timelines vary. Ask us to verify the timing for your bike.
Our website currently advertises a free-shipping offer for qualifying orders over $100, excluding bicycles and frames. Eligibility and any special-handling charges are confirmed at checkout; if a shipping fee doesn't look right, contact us before placing the order.
Many items can be shipped internationally, depending on destination, carrier availability and product restrictions. Please request a quote first. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are normally the customer's responsibility.

Yes. In-store assembly starts at $75 for basic bicycles, $125 for road/gravel bikes and $160 for e-bikes. We confirm final pricing at drop-off after assessing condition and complexity.
