Q1: What happens after I order?
A: We prepare your bike with professional assembly + safety check, then contact you to schedule pickup.
Q2: Do you ship e-bikes?
A: We do ship e-bikes directly to your door. However if you decide to pick it up at our store. We offer in-store pickup so every bike is properly set up and tested before you ride.
Q3: How long does setup take?
A: Most bikes are ready in 3–5 business days depending on inventory.
