Placing an order through the website is an offer to purchase the listed merchandise. Brimstone Bicycles may accept or decline an order, including because of unavailable inventory, errors in product information or suspected fraudulent activity, subject to applicable law.
Payment is required at the time of checkout unless an alternative payment arrangement is expressly offered. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change. By submitting a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not by itself guarantee that the order has been accepted or that every item is available for immediate shipment.
We aim to prepare and ship orders promptly, but processing and transit times vary by product, inventory location, delivery method and destination. Specialized bicycles and special orders may require additional time. For current shipping rates, published processing estimates, international delivery information and assembly arrangements, refer to our Shipping & Assembly page.
Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping responsibilities and any limitations relating to carrier delays apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Return and exchange eligibility, return windows, product-condition requirements and any applicable fees are explained in our Return Policy. Eligible orders that have not shipped may be easier to cancel, provided fulfillment can still be stopped. Shipped orders generally require return coordination. Please request authorization and instructions before sending merchandise back.
For an approved standard return, Brimstone can provide a return label and deduct its actual cost from the approved refund, or the customer may arrange and pay for return shipping independently. These options do not apply to ordinary unshipped order cancellations.
Products and services are subject to availability, and an item may be discontinued without advance notice. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and explain available options, including waiting for replenishment or canceling the order.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs. Product information may contain inaccuracies or may change without notice. We cannot guarantee that every listing is complete or error-free. Please ask us about material product details before purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a product purchased through our website is limited to the purchase price, and Brimstone Bicycles disclaims indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages in connection with that purchase or use.
