E-Bikes Not Purchased From Us

We service most major systems. Some bikes may require evaluation due to software or parts availability.

Do you service e-bikes that were not purchased from your store?

Yes. We service e-bikes purchased from other shops, online retailers, and direct-to-consumer brands. Our annual plans are available to most e-bike owners regardless of where the bike was purchased.

Which e-bike systems do you service?

We service most major systems including Bosch, Shimano, and Bafang, and other widely supported systems. Diagnostics and firmware checks are performed where applicable.

Are there any e-bikes you do not service?

Some proprietary or uncommon systems may require an initial evaluation before acceptance into an annual plan (limited parts availability, restricted software access, or non-standard components).

What happens if my e-bike cannot be fully supported?

If we determine your system cannot be properly serviced due to parts or manufacturer restrictions, we’ll let you know before work begins and discuss options.

Does servicing an outside-brand e-bike cost more?

Most of the time, no. Some bikes may require additional labor due to complexity or access. Any additional labor or costs will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Will you honor warranties from other brands?

Warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer. We can service and inspect the bike, but warranty claims are typically handled through the original seller/brand.
