The race-hardtail philosophy
Everything a cross-country racer needs. Nothing it doesn't.
The Wilier USMA SLR is for riders who want a direct connection between effort and speed. It pairs a notably light HUS-MOD carbon frame with modern, stable XC geometry and a purposeful 100 mm suspension platform—ready for steep accelerations, rolling racecourses, and long days where conserving energy matters.
With the Shimano XT Di2 build, the performance story continues through the component choices: electronic 1×12 shifting, wide-range 10–51T gearing, a FOX 34 SC Factory Kashima fork, and 29-inch tubeless-ready Miche wheels.

Race-grounded design
A hardtail with range beyond the start line.
A fast 100 mm cross-country platform designed for climbs, acceleration and technical trail handling. Riding and studio photographs show an alternate finish.

Engineered to climb
HUS-MOD carbon. Race-ready geometry.
The 850 g ±5% painted size-M frame is built with Wilier's HUS-MOD carbon construction. Carefully reinforced tube junctions support the demands of off-road riding without turning this lightweight XC platform into an all-mountain bike.
Short 425 mm chainstays make the bike feel eager to accelerate and change direction. A 75° seat-tube angle positions the rider for sustained seated efforts, while the 67.75° head-tube angle contributes front-end confidence when the terrain starts pointing downward.

The complete build
Shimano XT Di2. FOX Factory. No wasted motion.
Electronic precision
Shimano XT M8200 Di2 brings wireless electronic shifting to a 1×12 drivetrain. The 32T chainring and 10–51T cassette deliver a broad 510% gearing range for sharp pitches and faster sections.
Focused suspension
The FOX 34 Step-Cast Factory fork uses Kashima-coated stanchions and 100 mm of travel—an XC-oriented pairing for rough climbs and technical singletrack.
Race-ready wheels
Miche 966 SPR 29-inch tubeless-ready alloy wheels carry Vittoria Saguaro 2.25-inch TLR tires. The frame supports tires up to 2.4 inches, subject to actual wheel-and-tire fit.
A cleaner cockpit
URTA BAR. One deliberate silhouette.
The −17° Wilier URTA BAR combines a carbon handlebar and stem into a lightweight monocoque unit with a published bar weight of 285 g ±5%. The frame supports thoughtfully managed cable routing, but Wilier specifies that URTA BAR's cables are external at the handlebar—not completely internally hidden.
Wilier's ACCU-FIT approach considers the handlebar and spacer arrangement alongside frame stack and reach. Exact fitted cockpit dimensions should be verified for each size before ordering.

The geometry below covers S, M and L, the three frame sizes supplied in Wilier’s 2027 dealer catalogue for setup E630TW9K. Dimensions are frame measurements; the final riding position also depends on cockpit, spacers and saddle setup.
